Sometimes on Mondays, I just feel like I don’t have the drive to get through the day. But seeing the energy and love of life of KBG84, Okinawa’s new pop idols, was a great reminder that nothing should prevent you from having a zest for life.
These women, all over 80 years old, sing and dance to a traditional-pop blend of Okinawan music. They recently signed a record deal and get the star treatment, playing in front of large crowds in big cities like Tokyo. They are a great reminder that you are never too old to achieve your dreams!
